Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16 years old. At the age of 17, she won her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. At the age of 16, she began competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. In the year 17 she was awarded her Pro Card a year after. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel was able to take six years off the stage to finish her education at college. In 2015 was a continuation of her earlier efforts. In the past, she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after her first show for a few years, setting bigger goals each year. At the end 2009 she was the winner of four additional fitness titles. In 2009, she became named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, following her Pro Card award. In October 2015, she made a return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She was 3rd overall at the event. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage after three months, taking home 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations prior to the event and was satisfied with the results. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she competed against top of the line athletes. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel enjoys working out on your lower back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, as well as pullups with the machine along with bent-over rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the work outs. Ariel will also make the most of her time. How she does this is by supersetting the back exercises she does. Four or three supersets of 10-12 reps is done.
